Free Zones in the UAE offer 100% ownership. The procedure and cost depend on the Free Zones and type of activity you choose. Dual Licensing in KIZAD:

Dual Licensing is a service that will allow companies established in Abu Dhabi Free Zone to obtain a branch license from DED in order to be able to practice their business activities outside the free zone without the need for a physical office.
